VoiceGo Terms of Service
Effective date: July 24, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VoiceGo website, applications, APIs, and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using VoiceGo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The VoiceGo Service
VoiceGo is an AI-assisted video localization and publishing platform. Depending on your plan and the features available in your region, the Service may allow you to:
- upload and manage video, audio, subtitle, and related media;
- generate transcripts, subtitles, translations, and synthetic speech;
- create and manage authorized voice profiles;
- assign voices to speakers;
- preview, review, edit, regenerate, and export localized content;
- connect third-party AI providers using VoiceGo-managed credentials or your own API keys;
- schedule or publish approved content to supported third-party platforms; and
- track usage, credits, quotas, and processing jobs.
Available features, languages, AI providers, publishing platforms, limits, and prices may vary by plan, provider, location, or technical availability. The current product description and plan details shown on the VoiceGo website or in the Service form part of these Terms.
VoiceGo provides software and automated processing tools. It does not provide professional translation, legal, advertising, compliance, or editorial services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use VoiceGo.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for:
- protecting your login credentials;
- all activity performed through your account;
- ensuring that each authorized user has appropriate permission to access your workspace and content; and
- notifying us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create accounts using false identities, share access outside your authorized workspace, or use automated methods to create or operate accounts without our written permission.
3. Limited Right to Use VoiceGo
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, VoiceGo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
- copy, sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover its source code, models, prompts, or security controls;
- use the Service to build or train a competing product without our written permission;
- bypass plan limits, quotas, access controls, or safety measures;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service; or
- access the Service through unauthorized scraping, bots, or automated processes.
This section does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
4. Your Content
“User Content” means any video, audio, voice sample, image, subtitle, text, prompt, account connection, metadata, or other material you upload, connect, submit, generate, or process through VoiceGo.
You retain your rights in your User Content.
You grant VoiceGo a limited, worldwide right to host, reproduce, modify, transmit, and otherwise process User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the features you request;
- generate, preview, export, schedule, or publish your content;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
- prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms; and
- comply with applicable law.
This permission includes allowing our hosting, infrastructure, AI, storage, video-processing, and publishing providers to process User Content on our behalf.
You represent that:
- you own your User Content or have all permissions necessary to use and process it through VoiceGo;
- your User Content and intended use do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, or other third-party rights;
- you have provided any notices and obtained any consents required by law; and
- VoiceGo’s processing of your instructions will not cause us or our providers to violate applicable law or third-party terms.
You remain responsible for keeping independent copies of important User Content and exported results. VoiceGo is not intended to be your only backup or permanent archival service.
5. Voice Cloning, Voice Synthesis, and Personal Likeness
You may create or use a synthetic or cloned voice only when:
- it is your own voice; or
- the person whose voice is used has given you explicit, informed, and documented permission for the specific creation and intended use.
By creating, uploading, assigning, or using a voice profile, you confirm that:
- you have the legal right to use the relevant recordings, voice, identity, performance, and likeness;
- the speaker understands that AI may generate speech they did not personally record;
- the speaker has agreed to the intended languages, content types, distribution channels, audience, and commercial use, where applicable;
- the consent has not expired or been withdrawn; and
- you will stop using the voice if your authorization ends.
You must retain evidence of consent for as long as you use the relevant voice profile or generated content and provide it to VoiceGo upon reasonable request.
You may not use VoiceGo to:
- impersonate another person;
- falsely suggest that a person said, endorsed, approved, or participated in something;
- deceive others about the origin or authenticity of synthetic media;
- create fraud, scams, identity theft, false evidence, fabricated admissions, or misleading endorsements;
- create a synthetic voice for a person under 18;
- use the voice or likeness of a deceased person without all permissions required by law;
- evade consent, identity, or safety controls; or
- continue using a voice after consent has been withdrawn.
Where appropriate, you are responsible for clearly disclosing that content has been translated, dubbed, modified, or generated using AI.
VoiceGo may require consent records, identity verification, additional information, or a new consent confirmation at any time. We may reject, disable, or delete voice profiles or generated content where authorization is unclear.
6. AI-Generated Outputs
VoiceGo uses automated systems and, in some cases, third-party AI providers to produce transcripts, translations, subtitles, synthetic speech, speaker assignments, timing adjustments, captions, and other outputs.
AI outputs may contain:
- transcription or translation errors;
- incorrect speaker identification;
- altered meaning, tone, pronunciation, timing, or emphasis;
- offensive, biased, incomplete, or unsuitable material;
- similarities to third-party content; or
- technical defects or synchronization problems.
VoiceGo does not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, unique, natural, legally protectable, non-infringing, or suitable for your intended audience.
You must review and approve all important output before exporting, publishing, distributing, or relying on it. You are responsible for correcting errors and ensuring that the final content complies with applicable law, platform rules, advertising requirements, and your agreements with speakers, performers, clients, and rights holders.
As between you and VoiceGo, you retain any rights you may lawfully have in your generated outputs. This does not grant rights in third-party material, voices, identities, trademarks, music, footage, or other protected content included in an output.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use VoiceGo to create, process, publish, schedule, or distribute content that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, or unlawfully discriminatory;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, personality, contractual, or confidentiality rights;
- contains non-consensual intimate material, sexual exploitation, or sexual content involving minors;
- facilitates harassment, stalking, extortion, abuse, or targeted intimidation;
- impersonates a person or misrepresents the identity or authority of a speaker;
- creates deceptive deepfakes, face swaps, false evidence, fabricated emergency communications, or fraudulent endorsements;
- supports phishing, malware, credential theft, account compromise, or unauthorized access;
- promotes violence, terrorism, illegal weapons, human trafficking, or other serious criminal activity;
- constitutes spam, mass unsolicited messaging, fake engagement, fake reviews, or manipulation of clicks, likes, followers, views, or platform metrics;
- is used for automated political or social campaigning;
- falsely claims guaranteed income, guaranteed engagement, guaranteed reach, or other misleading outcomes;
- circumvents sanctions, export restrictions, or applicable trade controls;
- violates the rules of a connected social platform, AI provider, payment provider, or other third-party service; or
- creates material risk to VoiceGo, Paddle, our providers, users, or the public.
You may not market or resell VoiceGo as an impersonation service, deepfake generator, engagement manipulation service, content farm, or automated mass-marketing product.
We may investigate suspected violations and may block processing, remove content, restrict publishing, disable integrations, suspend accounts, or preserve and disclose relevant information where permitted or required by law.
8. Third-Party AI Providers and BYOK
VoiceGo may integrate with third-party AI models, infrastructure providers, storage providers, and other services.
Different providers may have different:
- supported languages and capabilities;
- content and consent rules;
- processing locations;
- retention practices;
- availability;
- usage limits; and
- pricing.
Provider availability may change without notice. VoiceGo may add, replace, suspend, or remove providers or models where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, reliability, cost, or product development.
Bring Your Own Key
When you connect your own API key or provider account:
- you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining that account;
- your use is also governed by the provider’s terms and policies;
- charges imposed by that provider are your responsibility and are separate from VoiceGo fees;
- you authorize VoiceGo to send the data required to complete your requested processing to that provider;
- you are responsible for ensuring that the provider may lawfully process your content; and
- VoiceGo is not responsible for provider charges, suspensions, output quality, data practices, outages, or account restrictions.
You must keep your API keys secure. You may remove a connected key through the available account controls. VoiceGo may disable a key that appears compromised, invalid, unlawful, or associated with abusive use.
9. Publishing and Connected Social Platforms
VoiceGo may allow you to connect accounts on third-party social or content platforms.
You authorize VoiceGo to access and use those accounts only as necessary to perform actions you select, such as uploading, scheduling, publishing, retrieving status information, or refreshing authorization tokens.
You are responsible for:
- having authority to connect each account;
- reviewing the final media, captions, metadata, audience, destination, and scheduled time;
- complying with the connected platform’s terms, content policies, API rules, advertising rules, and technical requirements;
- obtaining any music, performer, advertising, sponsorship, and commercial-use permissions; and
- monitoring whether scheduled content was successfully published.
Scheduling and publishing depend on third-party APIs, account permissions, platform reviews, rate limits, outages, and policy changes. VoiceGo does not guarantee that content will be published at an exact time or remain available after publication.
VoiceGo does not sell followers, likes, views, reviews, clicks, reach, or engagement and does not guarantee social-media performance.
10. Plans, Credits, and Usage
Your plan may include limits based on factors such as:
- media duration;
- storage;
- file size;
- number of AI jobs;
- generated characters, tokens, or minutes;
- target languages;
- voice profiles;
- concurrent processing;
- exports; or
- publishing destinations.
The applicable limits and credit-consumption rules will be displayed on the pricing page, at checkout, in your account, or before starting a chargeable operation.
Credits are service-usage units only. They:
- are not money, electronic currency, stored value, or a gift card;
- cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash;
- may be limited to particular features, providers, or plans; and
- may reset or expire as disclosed when they are issued or purchased.
AI processing may consume credits based on provider usage, input duration, output duration, tokens, selected features, or another measurement disclosed in the Service.
An output requiring user correction does not automatically mean that the processing failed. Where VoiceGo confirms that a job failed because of a technical error in our Service, we may restore the affected credits or provide another reasonable remedy.
We may apply reasonable limits to prevent excessive usage, abuse, unexpected infrastructure costs, or degradation of the Service.
11. Payments, Subscriptions, and Paddle
Prices, billing intervals, included usage, trial terms, renewal terms, and applicable limits are shown before purchase.
Where Paddle is identified at checkout, Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for the transaction. You purchase the applicable subscription or digital service from Paddle and use VoiceGo under these Terms. Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to your transaction.
You authorize Paddle to charge the payment method you provide for the amount and billing interval shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel through the VoiceGo billing settings, the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, or another cancellation method made available to you.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout:
- cancellation stops future renewals;
- access continues until the end of the paid billing period;
- cancellation does not retrospectively refund amounts already charged; and
- downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal.
We may change plan prices or included limits for a future billing period. Where required, we will provide advance notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
If payment fails, is reversed, or remains overdue, VoiceGo or Paddle may retry payment, restrict paid features, downgrade your account, suspend access, or terminate the subscription.
12. Trials and Promotions
Trials, promotional credits, beta access, and discounted plans may be subject to additional conditions shown when offered.
Unless the offer states otherwise:
- trials are limited to one per user or organization;
- promotional credits have no cash value;
- trial or promotional access may be limited or withdrawn in cases of abuse; and
- a payment method may be charged when a paid trial ends only where this was clearly disclosed and authorized.
You may not create multiple accounts or use false information to obtain repeated trials or promotional benefits.
13. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Refund eligibility and procedures are described in the separate VoiceGo Refund Policy and, for transactions processed by Paddle, Paddle’s Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Approved refunds may result in termination of the corresponding subscription, credits, or access to paid features.
Payment disputes should first be submitted through the support or refund process shown in your receipt or billing page. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension while the transaction is investigated.
14. Service Availability and Changes
VoiceGo is provided on an “as available” basis.
Processing time and availability may be affected by:
- media length or quality;
- provider capacity;
- job queues;
- third-party outages;
- platform API restrictions;
- maintenance;
- internet or infrastructure failures; or
- events outside our reasonable control.
We may update, improve, restrict, replace, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces a paid Service, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable or required by law.
Any specific service-level commitment must be stated in a separate written agreement.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using VoiceGo or cancel your subscription at any time.
We may restrict or suspend access immediately where reasonably necessary to:
- prevent illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity;
- protect speakers, rights holders, users, VoiceGo, Paddle, or our providers;
- investigate missing or disputed consent;
- respond to a legal request;
- address a security incident;
- prevent excessive or abusive resource consumption;
- enforce third-party provider requirements; or
- respond to non-payment.
We may terminate your account if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms.
Where reasonable, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to correct a violation. Immediate action may be taken for serious safety, fraud, consent, legal, or security risks.
After termination:
- your right to use the Service ends;
- scheduled publications may be cancelled;
- connected integrations may be disabled;
- content and voice profiles may be deleted according to our retention practices; and
- provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
You are responsible for exporting content you wish to retain before closing your account.
16. VoiceGo Intellectual Property
VoiceGo and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, interfaces, workflows, documentation, trademarks, and underlying technology.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of VoiceGo intellectual property to you.
“VoiceGo,” its logo, and related branding may not be used without our prior written permission.
Copyright or intellectual-property complaints may be submitted to [email protected] with sufficient information to identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, and the complainant’s authority.
17. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how VoiceGo collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal data, including uploaded media, voice samples, account information, provider credentials, and usage records.
Voice and likeness information may be sensitive or legally protected in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to submit such information and for providing all required notices to affected individuals.
Where required for business customers, the parties may enter into a separate Data Processing Agreement.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceGo is provided “as is” and “as available.”
VoiceGo does not warrant that:
- the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- AI outputs will be accurate, natural, complete, unique, or suitable;
- all providers, languages, models, integrations, or platforms will remain available;
- scheduled content will publish at an exact time;
- use of an output will be lawful in every jurisdiction; or
- the Service will produce any particular commercial, audience, or engagement result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceGo and its affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, audience, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
VoiceGo is not responsible for losses resulting from:
- your User Content or instructions;
- an inaccurate or unsuitable AI output;
- missing speaker or rights-holder consent;
- a third-party provider, connected platform, API, or BYOK account;
- failed, delayed, removed, or restricted publications;
- unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure credentials; or
- your failure to maintain independent backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceGo’s total liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for VoiceGo during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify VoiceGo against third-party claims, damages, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- your User Content;
- your use of a voice, identity, likeness, recording, music track, video, or connected account without sufficient rights or consent;
- content you export, publish, schedule, or distribute;
- your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or
- your violation of a third party’s rights or platform terms.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was directly caused by VoiceGo’s unlawful conduct.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, payment, provider, or product reasons.
We will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. Changes will apply prospectively.
If you do not agree to a material change, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
22. General Terms
These Terms, together with the applicable pricing, order details, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any separate written agreement, form the entire agreement between you and VoiceGo concerning the Service.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our permission. VoiceGo may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of the relevant business, subject to applicable law.
